In 1990, Randy and his dad, Rudy, saw opportunity in adversity. They acquired an ailing technology consulting services firm whose sales had sunk to about a million dollars annually.

Today, with Randy at the helm, Advancia has grown to more than three hundred employees in more than ten offices across the U.S., with projected revenues exceeding twenty million dollars a year.
